Running Marvin Applets under Mac OS

 

 

About Java Versions

Each Mac OS X system contains a built-in Java that is compatible with the Sun distributed one. Under this platform, most browsers use it for running applets. You can find more details about this Java on Apple site.

Note: If your browser does not support OS X built-in Java plugin, you can use JEP (Java Embedding Plugin).

It is not part of the operating system but it is downloadeable. Like Safari, it also support Java 1.5 for running applets.
